CleanArc Data Centers is seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join the Acquisitions Team. The Land Acquisition Manager will work both independently, as a leader who manages the acquisition post-purchase contract signing processes, and in collaboration with CleanArc project leaders to develop scalable processes as we rapidly expand our real estate portfolio. The candidate must be articulate, detail oriented, and pragmatic to balance demands from multiple active projects across North America. Travel is required for this position to visit acquisition sites, meet with local project stakeholders, and company directed meetings from time to time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the research and market analysis of existing and new markets.
• Define, collaborate on, and evangelize the market strategy within the organization.
• Define new market entry strategies and evolve existing market expansion opportunities.
• Foster relationships with market AHJ and EDA to drive a collaborate approach to development.
• Collaborate with brokers, landowners, partners, and various consultants on land acquisition down selection process.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional team leads to oversee down selected sites through the various stages of the acquisition and predevelopment diligence including diligence process to vet prospective sites and assess site risks and opportunities.
• Support analysis of GIS data, public records, real estate data, and engineering drawings to support site selection and due diligence evaluations.
• Work with internal legal & corporate affairs personnel to drive successful contracts.
• Work with the Acquisition Director and other key project team members to ensure alignment among all internal stakeholders and to find creative ways to overcome obstacles in the site acquisition process.
• Support lessons learned and process improvement with Program Management team.
• Lead site project reporting of the site selection and acquisition swimlane.
• Manage and retain project information to facilitate documentation records.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in either Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing multiple national projects and coordinating with internal staff, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel, project management software, and PowerPoint.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Frequent travel to project sites will be required.
• Remote work is permitted, with proximity to Las Vegas, Dallas, or Northern Virgina preferred.
• Periodic participation in industry conferences and events.
• In the near term, the focus of all business activities will be the domestic US.
