CleanArc COO Lindsey Bruner Wins 2026 iMasons Social Impact Champion Award

CleanArc Data Centers is thrilled to announce that Chief Operating Officer Lindsey Bruner has been named the 2026 iMasons Social Impact Champion. Honored live at the Infrastructure Masons Awards ceremony during Yotta 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada, this prestigious award recognizes leaders who build trusted partnerships between digital infrastructure and the communities they serve. Lindsey’s recognition highlights her pioneering work in establishing a transparent, community-first development model that proves responsible industry growth and local prosperity can advance together.

Pioneering the “Good Neighbor” Campaign in Caroline County

At the heart of Lindsey’s award-winning leadership is CleanArc’s flagship “Good Neighbor” campaign, launched in tandem with the VA1 data center campus in Caroline County, Virginia. In an industry where rapid expansion can sometimes create friction with local residents, Lindsey recognized early on that long-term sustainability relies on proactive transparency and a genuine social license to operate.

  • Proactive Community Engagement: Months before construction began and prior to formal approvals, Lindsey and the CleanArc team hosted an open Town Hall, giving residents a direct line to leadership to ask questions, address concerns around noise and water usage, and explore project benefits.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Rather than developing the entire plot, CleanArc intentionally chose a site zoned for industrial use and left a significant portion undeveloped, actively preserving local wetlands, forest cover, and natural wildlife habitats.

Investing in Education, Health, and Local Prosperity

Beyond environmental focus, Lindsey’s multi-pillar social impact strategy embeds CleanArc into the everyday fabric of Caroline County through meaningful local partnerships:

  • Workforce Readiness & Education: Serving as advisory members for Caroline County Schools’ Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, CleanArc mentors students at Reverse Career Days and sponsors educational fundraisers to help build clear pathways into tech and trade careers.
  • Youth & Family Support: Partnering with the YMCA, CleanArc has funded essential youth programs, including sponsoring the Bright Beginnings Backpack Program to supply back-to-school essentials for local students.
  • Community Health & Local Business Support: From backing wellness events like the YMCA Mindful Miles Race to intentionally enlisting local vendors for campus events, CleanArc ensures project investments stay directly within the community.

A Blueprint for the Entire Digital Infrastructure Sector

Lindsey’s recognition as the iMasons Social Impact Champion serves as a blueprint for the entire digital infrastructure sector. By replacing traditional development with authentic partnership, CleanArc demonstrates that data centers can be powerful engines of shared prosperity.
