She started her career at Bracewell LLP, a Houston-based private practice, specializing in energy, real estate, and technology as an environmental attorney supporting real estate development. From there, she transitioned to Vistra Energy, a Fortune 500 integrated retail electricity and power generation company, where she advised on a myriad of issues including land use, regulatory compliance, and environmental impacts to land and water.
After six years, she moved to CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator, where she focused on domestic and international real estate and construction, including advising on environmental, procurement, and risk management issues. Most recently, Ashlie served as Associate General Counsel at Marathon Digital Holdings, a digital currency miner and data center operator.
Ashlie is a 2009 graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. In addition to her work, she donates her time to the Human Rights Initiative of North Texas and other charitable causes. Ashlie is also an elected Fellow of the distinguished Texas Bar Foundation, whose members are selected based on their outstanding record in the legal profession and proven commitment to supporting the community at large.
