John is an expert at data center regulatory compliance, risk mitigation strategies, construction management, worker safety, security defense strategy, project management, project engineering, contract negotiation, supplier evaluations, and dispute resolution management. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development and operation of data center and critical infrastructure projects in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa. He has served as a senior administrator managing multi-billion-dollar contracts for government facilities and nuclear power generation facilities.

At CleanArc, John manages the acquisition and development of infrastructure and real estate assets for CleanArc’s portfolio of hyperscale data center projects. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran and is currently pursuing post-graduate degrees from Arizona State University.
