John is a data center executive with nearly three decades of experience driving sales, M&A, capital formation, and real estate growth for emerging and established operators.
Currently with CleanArc, John previously held sales and business development roles at QTS Data Centers and Sabey Data Center Properties. Throughout his career, he has sourced or managed nearly 120 MW of colocation, build-to-suit, and powered shell transactions with hyperscale, cloud, finance, gaming, and government clients. A pioneer in the space, John’s industry roots trace back to Exodus Communications and ABB, where he helped launch their global DCIM offering. His background also includes serving as a TMT investment banker in Northern Virginia and advising premier financial institutions like UBS and Legacy Investing on data center trends.
John holds a BA in English Literature and Political Science from the College of William and Mary.
