DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION

CleanArc Data Centers is seeking a Director of Construction, a key leadership role in delivering our hyperscale campus developments. Reporting to the Vice President, Construction, this individual will manage multiple data center construction projects from groundbreaking through commissioning, ensuring that each campus and building are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role is ideal for a construction leader who brings deep experience in mission-critical or large-scale infrastructure projects and is excited by the opportunity to help shape delivery models, teams, and field operations in a high-growth environment. The Director, Construction will act as a bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day execution, working closely with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams.

You’ll be expected to take ownership, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate cross-functionally as we scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated by challenge, energized by growth, and eager to play a meaningful role in the development of a construction organization in a high-growth setting.

THE COMPANY
At CleanArc, we’ve created a first-of-its-kind solution that takes hyperscale data center development to a new level. Our team of data center veterans and power structuring experts has assembled the critical components — development at campus-scale, renewable energy structuring for carbon offset goals, and “data center production” via innovative offsite manufacturing partnerships— into a turn-key solution for hyperscalers seeking to expand quickly, sustainably, and cost-efficiently. Formed in 2022 by James Trout, the founder of CoreSite and Vantage Data Centers, CleanArc has assembled an executive team who have designed, managed, and built over 2 gigawatts of state-of-the-art data center facilities. It’s through that hard-earned expertise that we’ve conceptualized a new approach to data center development and clean energy structuring, unbounded by “the way it’s always been done.”

By joining CleanArc, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and growing company bringing unique data center and clean energy solutions to the world’s largest hyperscale customers. We are committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment for our team members and seek to hire candidates from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. An ideal teammate is at ease in fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, able to deal directly with multiple organization levels and stakeholders.
