SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

CleanArc Data Centers is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. The Inside Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance throughout the sales cycle. You will be the backbone of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and communication between the CCO and senior management, potential and current tenants, and other internal teams. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for organization and detail, proactive problem-solving, and a dedication to driving efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Qualification:
• Research and identify potential leads who align with the company’s hyperscale and webscale targets.
• Qualify leads through discussions with internal teams and 3d party consultants and potentially via phone calls, emails, and webchats.
• Coordinate with the CCO and CEO to schedule appointments and meetings for sales and leasing engagements.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
Sales Support:
• Prepare sales collateral, site packages, and presentations for tenant meetings.
• Conduct product research and gather competitive intelligence.
• Assist with proposal development and rental rate estimations.
• Track lease negotiation activities and outstanding items.
• Manage and track tenant documentation and existing leases.
Administrative Support:
• Manage Sales & Leasing team calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Organize internal meetings and events.
• Handle routine administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders, willing to share your views in a positive, constructive manner.
• Collaborate effectively with the Sales & Leasing team and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners.


QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications, preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales operations or administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for technology and the data center industry is a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
If employee is not based in the Las Vegas or DFW area, then periodic travel to a main
office location is expected when required or directed by supervisor.
