With nearly a decade of experience across accounting, finance, and strategic operations, Britton brings deep expertise in financial reporting, ERP optimization, internal controls, and process improvement, largely within fast-paced, private equity-backed environments.

Before joining CleanArc, Britton served as Corporate Controller and Director at Venture Metals, where he oversaw accounting operations and helped guide financial strategy. Prior to that, he spent over three years as Controller at Lubrication Engineers, leading M&A efforts and driving efficiencies across the finance function. Britton began his career in public accounting as a Senior Assurance Associate at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, L.C., specializing in audit and compliance for a broad portfolio of clients.

Britton holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University and works in CleanArc’s Dallas office.
