Chibueze brings deep experience in utility and substation engineering, having managed both transmission and distribution projects across multiple sectors. Prior to joining CleanArc, he served as Substation Project Manager at Lightsource BP, a global utility-scale solar developer, where he oversaw the construction and commissioning of substations for solar farms across the U.S., including a 180 MW project in Louisiana. Earlier in his career, he spent several years at FirstEnergy, progressing through roles in transmission planning, substation design, operations engineering, and project management.
With a strong foundation in both engineering and construction, Chibueze offers CleanArc a unique perspective rooted in utility best practices and cross-functional coordination. He holds a degree in engineering from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, where he is currently based.
