With over 15 years of experience leading complex infrastructure programs, Maqsood brings deep expertise in financial reporting, project implementation, and contract strategy, ensuring that critical initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with precision.

Before joining CleanArc, Maqsood served as Project Director at Linesight and Turner & Townsend, where he led project controls and commercial strategy for large-scale infrastructure and aviation programs, including a $1.3B capital plan for the Houston Airport System and $1.4B capital plan for Google’s Third-Party Data Center Team. Throughout his career, he has managed high-performing teams responsible for cost and schedule, overseen client-facing commercial operations, and built trusted relationships across stakeholder groups in the data center, transportation, and public infrastructure sectors.

Maqsood holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies with a concentration in Business Administration and a minor in Economics from Harvard University, and previously studied Civil Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Finance at Manhattan College. He is fluent in English and Urdu and is based in Houston, Texas.
