Sam leads with a values-driven approach grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and performance. His focus is on positioning procurement as a strategic enabler of speed, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment across CleanArc’s development and operations teams.

Before stepping into this leadership role, Sam supported CleanArc as a consultant, shaping early procurement strategies and delivery models. He brings extensive experience in capital project sourcing and supplier management, particularly in complex infrastructure environments. Prior to his work in the data center space, Sam led sourcing initiatives for new product introductions and sales and operations planning in the consumer packaged goods sector, where he developed a strong foundation in high-volume, fast-paced supply chain operations.

Sam holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Supply Chain Management and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, home to one of the nation’s top-ranked supply chain programs. He is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
